Notice Under Article 15(3) Of Application For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement
Proposed development at: Land East of Lyng Road, Hockering.
REF: PL/2026/0630/FMAJ
I give notice that TMA Bark Supplies Limited is applying to the Breckland Council for planning permission for proposed new bark processing and storage facilities, inc welfare and office facilities, Installation of an externally located bark dryer, Installation of an 840kW biomass boiler for providing heat for the bark dryer, Weighbridge, hardstanding for the external storage and processing of bulk materials, staff car park, Lorry parking which is accompanied by an Environmental Statement and non-technical summary and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of: -

• the plans
• the environmental statement
• and other documents submitted with the application
At: Breckland Council Offices, Elizabeth House, Dereham during all reasonable hours until 8th July 2026.
