The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area; PFP = Public right of way.
PL/22/1411/OA - Major development & PFP - Land Between Junctions 16 and 17 of the M25, Near Chalfont St Peter - Outline application for erection of motorway service area with all matters reserved with the exception of access from the M25, comprising facilities building, fuel filling station, electric vehicle charging, service yard, parking facilities, vehicle circulation, landscaping, amenity spaces, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS)/attenuation, retaining structures and associated mitigation, infrastructure and earthworks/enabling works.

PL/26/01915/FA - Affects setting or route of PFP - Milk Hall Farm, Latimer Road, Chesham - Alterations to existing agricultural access track and farm yard area with the installation of hardstanding and associated landscaping works.
PL/26/03645/FA -CA - The Chalet, Lock Island, Mill Road, Marlow - Change of use from holiday let (short-term accommodation) to full residential use (use class C3).
PL/26/04248/VRC - Affects setting of CA - Moorhaven, Coldmoorholme Lane, Bourne End - Variation of condition 3 (approved plans) attached to planning permission PL/25/4325/FA (Replacement rear dormer with associated roof alterations and rooflights to flank roof slopes) to allow for amendments to proposed dormer roof.

PL/26/02955/FA & PL/26/02956/HB – LB - Flint Hall, Skirmett Road, Hambleden - Addition of black metal flue to roofscape of existing barns.
