PL/22/1411/OA - Major development & PFP - Land Between Junctions 16 and 17 of the M25, Near Chalfont St Peter - Outline application for erection of motorway service area with all matters reserved with the exception of access from the M25, comprising facilities building, fuel filling station, electric vehicle charging, service yard, parking facilities, vehicle circulation, landscaping, amenity spaces, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS)/attenuation, retaining structures and associated mitigation, infrastructure and earthworks/enabling works.

PL/26/02918/HB – LB - The Old Bakehouse, Turville Valley Road, Turville - Listed building application for removal of oversized modern boiler flue, currently exiting through barn roof, and redirection of flue horizontally to exit through garden elevation.

PL/26/03897/FA – CA - Mill Cottage, Wooburn Moor - Construction of single storey rear extension and platform following demolition of existing rear conservatory and platform.

PL/26/03098/FA - Major Development - White Lion, Cryers Hill Road, Cryers Hill - Change of use of vacant public house (sui generis) to 60 place children’s day nursery (use class E(f)) with associated demolition, single storey side/rear extensions and alterations, parking and landscaping; and residential development of 9 dwellings with associated parking, landscaping and new access.

PL/26/03881/FA – CA - 6 Ditchfield Cottages, Ditchfield Common, Lane End - Proposed new proprietary semi-concealed in ground gas meter box and new front entrance canopy.

PL/26/03728/FA – CA - 60 High Street, Marlow - Replacement windows in front elevation and external redecoration.

PL/26/02954/FA – CA -Banwell Cottage, Berghers Hill, Wooburn Common - Installation of 2x10 solar panels to the roof of existing dwellinghouse along with associated works.

PL/26/01915/FA - Affects setting or route of PFP - Milk Hall Farm, Latimer Road, Chesham - Alterations to existing agricultural access track and farm yard area with the installation of hardstanding and associated landscaping works.

PL/26/03645/FA -CA - The Chalet, Lock Island, Mill Road, Marlow - Change of use from holiday let (short-term accommodation) to full residential use (use class C3).

PL/26/04248/VRC - Affects setting of CA - Moorhaven, Coldmoorholme Lane, Bourne End - Variation of condition 3 (approved plans) attached to planning permission PL/25/4325/FA (Replacement rear dormer with associated roof alterations and rooflights to flank roof slopes) to allow for amendments to proposed dormer roof.

PL/26/03672/HB – LB - The Old Vicarage, Chinnor Road, Bledlow Ridge - Listed building application for replacement of rotten patio doors with heritage style timber framed doors.

PL/26/03751/FA - CA & affects setting of LB - 73 Glade Road, Marlow - Demolition of existing porch, construction of ground floor front, side and rear extension and first floor side extension, removal of chimney, alterations to fenestration and extended driveway.

PL/26/03507/FA – CA -39 Claremont Road, Marlow - 2 conservation roof lights to front and rear dormer with roof light.

PL/26/02890/HB – LB - Annes Corner, 3 Bois Lane, Chesham Bois - Listed building application for masonry repairs to shed walls alongside new lintels above shed door and window.

PL/26/03629/HB – LB - Penn School, Church Road, Penn - Listed building consent for taking down and re-erection of traditional brick and flint single storey ancillary building.

PL/26/02955/FA & PL/26/02956/HB – LB - Flint Hall, Skirmett Road, Hambleden - Addition of black metal flue to roofscape of existing barns.
