Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/0469/LBC/BKA: Heronslea House, High Street, Bushey, WD23 3HH. Internal fibre cabling required from existing splice point on 1st floor to comms room on the 3rd floor (Application For Listed Building Consent).

Reason: Listed Building.

26/0642/VOC/MT: Hartsbourne Country Club, Hartsbourne Avenue, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1JW. Variation of condition 2 (plans) to allow for changes to site layout and condition 7 (land contamination) to amend implementation trigger, following grant of planning permission reference 24/1434/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

26/0445/FUL/TFA: Bushey And District Synagogue, 177 - 189 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, WD23 1AJ. Demolition of the existing synagogue to construct a new synagogue prayer hall (Use Class F1(f)) with ancillary community hall, administrative offices, nursery, Mikveh and Rabbi’s flat. Together with the reconfiguration of the existing parking, yard arrangement and landscaping.

Reason: Major Development.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
