From Richmond Motor Club for Section 73 application to remove condition 2 of planning permission reference R/01/100D (Section 73 application for variation of Condition 2 of R/01/100C to extend the date of the permission to 14th July 2026) to permit the change of use of land to allow the continuation of the Scott Trial event, on an annual basis, in perpetuity, or in the alternative, a further 5 years’ consent is sought at The Scott Trial, Arkengarthdale, Gunnerside and Reeth Moors.
