Notice is hereby given Under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order (2015) (As Amended) that Derbyshire Dales District Council have received an application for Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environment Statement

The Proposal Constitutes Major Development and Affects:

• The Character and Appearance of a Conservation Area
• The Setting of a Listed Building
• A Public Right of Way

I give notice that British Solar Renewables, is applying to Derbyshire Dales District Council for a Planning Application for the erection of a ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) array, with a total export capacity of up to 55 MW, and associated infrastructure, landscaping and access works accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Planning Application Reference Number: 26/00495/EIA

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement, and other documents submitted with the application at the Town Hall, Bank Road, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3NN by appointment only and at Brailsford Stores & Post Office, Main Road, Brailsford, Derbyshire, DE6 3DA within its opening hours.

A hard copy of the Environmental Statement is available by sending an email with written request to Laura.Fogarty@britishrenewables.com. This will incur a charge of £341.00.

The application and accompanying plans may be inspected online at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/PublicAccess. using the above reference number.

Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications, should do so in writing within 30 days of the date of publication of this press advertisement, either online using Public Access, via email to planning@derbyshiredales.gov.uk or in writing to the Planning Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
