CATEGORY B – Applications under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Ref: 61832/APP/2026/1150 37 Lych Gate Walk, Hayes Proposal: Erection of a single storey wrap around extension to the side and rear (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Hayes Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 565/APP/2026/1090 1 West Hatch Manor, Ruislip Proposal: Erection of rear conservatory (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Ruislip: Manor Way Conservation Area).

Ref: 13601/APP/2026/1084 24 Hatch Lane, Harmondsworth Proposal: Conversion of roof space to habitable use to include hip to gable extension, rear dormer, 2x front roof lights, and the erection of a single storey rear extension, all following the removal of the existing rear chimney and rear extension. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Harmondsworth Village Conservation Area).

Any representations on the applications should be submitted in writing to Planning Services, London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW, quoting the relevant reference number or online at www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by email to applicationsprocessingteam@hillingdon.gov.uk. 

Representations should be made by 1st July 2026 (21 days) for applications within CATEGORY A and CATEGORY B; Written or telephone enquiries may also be made to Planning Services at the above address (Tel: 01895 250230).
