What is planned?

MOLE VALLEY DISTRICT COUNCIL

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule. 

MO/2026/00721/ PLA: LAND REAR OF 32 HIGH STREET GREAT BOOKHAM KT23 4AG: Demolition of existing garage building and erection of 3 No. dwellings with associated landscaping and car parking. 

MO/2026/00727/LBC: WOTTON HOUSE GUILDFORD ROAD WOTTON RH5 6HS: Dismantle 2 No. chimneys to a safe level and rebuild chimneys on a like for like basis using a combination of saved brick, reclaimed and special bricks 

MO/2026/00733/ PLAHH: CHASEMORE COTTAGE BROOMEHALL ROAD COLDHARBOUR RH5 6HF: Erection of a first floor rear extension. 

MO/2026/00736/PLA: HEADLEY HALL HEADLEY COMMON ROAD HEADLEY KT18 6NT: Erection of a Wild Kitchen. 

MO/2026/00738/LBC & 00739/PLAHH: THE OLD STORES OKEWOOD HILL RH5 5NB: Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of Orangery. 

MO/2026/00740/LBC: 1 THE OLD VICARAGE WESTCOTT ROAD DORKING RH4 3DP: Internal alteration to widen doorway between living room and hallway and replace with glazed fire door.

MO/2026/00743/PLAHH: MEADOW EDGE ROSEMARY LANE CHARLWOOD RH6 0DG: Erection of two storey rear extension with changes to fenestration and installation of new first floor side window. 

Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted to me in writing by 29th June 2026 Development Control Manager, Pippbrook, Dorking, RH4 1SJ.
