What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Ty Cwtch, Sheerwater Road, West Byfleet. PLAN/2026/0399/CB: Erection of a single storey front extension and alterations to fenestration.
Newmarket House, Roundhill Drive, Woking. PLAN/2026/0387/CB: Proposed first-floor side extension over the existing garage including associated roof alterations, side rooflights and external alterations.
Quadrant Court, Guildford Road, Woking. PLAN/2026/0380/ML: Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment for Class E retail store with associated parking, landscaping and access works.
NB: You should be aware that the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 2000 allows anyone the right to examine and receive copies of your representations.
