NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Local Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport into his proposal to make an Order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a length of A3057 Western Avenue and a length of West Street at Andover, in the Borough of Test Valley in order to enable development to be carried out as permitted by Test Valley Borough Council under reference 25/01047/FULLN.
THE INQUIRY will be held at Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road Andover, SP10 3AJ commencing at 10:00am on 30 June 2026.
