NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.
FUL/000185/26 - Installation of SudsPod sustainable drainage units on the downpipes of the parish church at Church of St Mary & St David, Church Street, Flint. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
FUL/000355/26 – Replacement of windows with new as like-for-like configuration in Accoya timber at 12-20 together with the repair of original timber sash windows where feasible, alongside the like-for-like replacement of later, non-original windows with appropriately detailed timber units at 1-11 at Llys y Brenin, Holywell. (This development affects the special character of Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
LBC/000356/26 – Listed Building Application -The proposed works comprise the repair of original timber sash windows where feasible, alongside the like-for-like replacement of later, non-original windows with appropriately detailed timber units at Llys y Brenin, Holywell. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
LBC/000430/26 – Listed Building Consent for proposed replacement of later timber windows, works to external walls and rainwater goods at Ty Draw Farm, Ffordd Y Penrer, Mold. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).
FUL/000400/26 – Proposed extension to provide new consulting rooms, administration & scanning facilities - and to upgrade and rationalise the existing building. To upgrade parking & access at Grange Veterinary Hospital, Tyddyn Street, Mold. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).
