REGULATIONS 2021.
Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for proposed development at site at 235 Woodlands Road, Glasgow, G3 6NN, for the following:
‘Erection of mixed-use development, including residential, purpose built student accommodation, retention of clubhouse with inclusion of community / commercial uses (Class 1A, Class 3, Class 4, Class 10, Class 11 and Sui Generis), with access, landscaping, community and private open space, and associated infrastructure and development works.’
A series of consultation events are being held by Kelvin Properties Developments Limited. Two in-person consultation events will be carried out. An initial round of consultation will be held on Wednesday 17th June 2026 between 2pm and 7pm at Burbank Bowling Club, 235 Woodlands Road, Glasgow, G3 6NN. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

If you wish to make comments on the proposals shown at this first event, you may do so via a feedback form available at the event or the project website, by email (burbank@consultationonline.co.uk) or in writing to Cavendish Consulting no later than Friday 3rd July 2026.
Please note, this notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
