What is planned?

The Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended) / The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Regulation 7(2) (as amended) – Notice of Pre-Application Consultation Public Events

Keepmoat Homes and Clowes Developments give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for the following proposed development:

Proposed Residential Development with associated access, open space, landscaping and infrastructure on Land at Clydeford Drive, Glasgow, G32 8TN.

Further information on the proposed development will be available at second public exhibition being held on:

• Thursday 18th of June 2026 at the Edrom Suite Tollcross International Swimming Centre, G23 7QR, between 2pm and 7pm.

Information on the proposed development will be available for viewing at the event, where members of the project team will be there to share information, listen to feedback, and answer any questions.

Anyone wishing to make comments relating to the proposed development or requiring further information can do so by attending the events above, or by contacting:

Comments can be made to the Applicant at the public event or via the above contact details until the 1st July 2026 following the second event.

Please note that comments on the proposed development are to the prospective applicant and not formal representations to Glasgow City Council as Planning Authority. If a subsequent planning application is submitted, there will be a further opportunity to make formal representations to Glasgow City Council during the statutory neighbour notification period.
