Lincoln - Multiple Planning Applications For Listed Building

What is planned?

The following applications have been submitted for
Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.

2026/0301/FUL - 21 Corporation Street: Change of use of existing ground floor retail unit (Use Class E) to hot food takeaway (use class Sui Generis). Alterations to front elevation to include takeaway hatch in existing door.

2026/0314/FUL - 18 Cornhill: Removal of existing mansard roof and internal reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) at third floor level, new parapet flat roof with guarding rails, replacement of existing primary front and rear elevation windows and doors, and removal of existing ATMs to front elevation to be replaced with new aluminium window to match existing.

2026/0319/LBC & 2026/0318/FUL - 40 - 44 Bailgate: Erection of two lean-to shelters to rear of pub and patio enclosure to rear car park. (Listed Building Consent).

2026/0315/LBC - Lincoln Crown Court, Castle Hill: Creation of a new Consulting Room within existing storeroom in basement Custody Suite. (Listed Building Consent).

The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice. 

In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
