PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS ACT) 1990

Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council,would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings

25/40944/ADV - Footpath Outside Stafford Police Station Eastgate Street Stafford - Two digital 75 inch LCD display screen, one on each side of the Street Hub unit. Linked with 25/40943/FUL - 'An appeal (Planning Inspectorate Ref: 6005589) has been made to the Secretary of State against the refusal of advertisement consent by this Council for the development described.'

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 1 July 2026. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 1 July 2026. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
