Proposed development at: Land at Leeds United Training Ground, Thorp Arch, Wetherby, LS23 7BA
I give notice that Leeds United Football Club Is applying to Leeds City Council For planning permission to Provision of new Groundskeepers facility, a new access off Wetherby Road, including access track, landscaping, laydown and compound area with associated fencing; Retention of existing temporary Academy building on a permanent basis; Replacement changing and parent facilities, additional car parking, improvements and amendments to pitches and playing areas and associated ancillary development.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at (e): Planning Services, Leeds City Council, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB By 10 July 2026
*“owner” means a person having freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
**“tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
