This notice has been prepared in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012
In accordance with Regulation 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, notice is hereby given that Leicester City Council formally adopted the Leicester Local Plan 2020 to 2036 on 09/06/2026.
The Local Plan and its associated documents (including the Adoption Statement, the Inspector’s Report and the Sustainability Appraisal (SA) Report) are available for inspection at the following locations:
• Leicester City Council’s Adopted Planning Policy website at https://www.leicester.gov.uk/about-council/policiesplans- and-strategies/planning-and-development/adoptedplanning- policy
• Leicester City Council Offices (City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE 1 1FZ open Monday 8:30am - 6pm, Tuesday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm)
