The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan

2026/1375 and 2026/1374 AYLSHAM, The Beeches, 54 Holman Road, NR11 6BZ – One door opening enlargement, two new doors and new roof windows.

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage

2026/0911 AYLSHAM, Land at Orchard Lane, Orchard Lane – Erection of a food store with associated vehicle access, car parking, landscaping, engineering and drainage works.

Reason(s): Major development, Does not accord with development plan

2026/1265 TAVERHAM, Abora Court Care Home, Steven Drane Drive, NR8 6WL – Variation of condition 2 to install air source heat pump of permission 20220512 (which consented to construction of care home (Use Class C2) with associated car and cycle parking, landscaping and amenity space provision. Date of Decision 30/10/2024

Reason(s): Major development

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.

Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal. Please see our Privacy Notice on our website for further details.
