The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

25/00925/OAEA – Development Site Northern Fields Bull Lane Eccles Aylesford Kent – Aylesford Heritage Limited are applying for Outline Application: Residential development for up to 300 dwellings (comprising detached, semi-detached, terraced & apartments), community outdoor sports facility (tennis/padel tennis) & including accesses onto Bull Lane. 26/00506/LB – Dry Hill Farm Shipbourne Road Tonbridge Kent TN10 3DJ – Mr Gavin Llewellyn is applying for Listed Building Application: Replacement external flue. Replacement is much smaller & rounded in shape & black in colour so it will colour match with the external window & door colours of the house. Due to the smaller size of the new fl ue, a small amount of brickwork will need to be done to fi ll part of the hole left by the old flue. Reason: CA LB
