NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS

Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

The Listed Buildings And Conservation Area Regulations 1990

The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area

Proposal: Change of use from Commercial (Use Class E) to a mixed-use development comprising the retention of the existing commercial unit at ground floor level (Use Class E) and the conversion of part of the ground floor together with the first and second floors to form a 5-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Use Class C4), including the installation of a new access door to the rear elevation
