The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/26/100779/FULL 188 Atherton Road Hindley Wigan WN2 3XA Erection of 9 two-and-a-half storey dwellinghouses, together with associated parking and landscaping, creation of new private access off Atherton Road, following demolition of the existing derelict dwellinghouse. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.
