"Erection of office building, formation of new access points, associated car parking, laydown/work compound area(s), associated landscaping and boundary treatment, drainage, and other ancillaryworks" at land 880 metres north of Bertha Park Farm, Perth, PH1 3EQ.
A first public consultation event will be held at the Bertha Park Community Hub, 15 Adamson Avenue, PH1 0AL.
This event will take place on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, between 2pm and 7pm.
