What is planned?

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 - SECTION 123(2A) PROPERTY KNOWN ASLAND SITUATED AT THE REAR OF 3 CHANCEL ROAD, LEICESTER, LE4 2WF

Notice is hereby given that the Leicester City Council intends to dispose by way of a freehold disposal of land having an area of 32 sq. m at the rear of 3 Chancel Road, Leicester and which forms part of an open space.

A copy of the plan showing the area for disposal can be seen under Annex 1.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing (by email or special delivery) and addressed to: Director of Estates & Building Standards (Ref: City Hall/ Assetstrategy/0449/HV) Leicester City Council, City Hall 115 Charles Street Leicester LE1 1FZ
