What is planned?

The Council has under consideration the following application:

Ref: DMPA/2026/0605 (Affects a conservation area) Change of use from F1 (Learning and non-residential institution) and C3 (Dwellinghouses) to Use Class’s E(b) (Sale of food and drink for consumption on the premises), E(d) (Indoor sport, recreation or fitness) & E(e) (Provision of medical or health services) with the demolition of 2 outbuildings & erection of a single storey extension, internal modification, the replacement of windows & doors & associated landscaping & parking at 42 Willington Old School, The Castle Way, Willington, Derby, DE65 6BT

Ref: DMPA/2026/0614 (Affects a conservation area) The erection of a single-storey side & rear extension, detached garage & associated works at 16 Milton Road, Repton, Derby, DE65 6FZ

Ref: DMPA/2026/0673 (Major development) Change of use from agricultural land (sui generis) to an enclosed dog field (sui generis) with new hardstanding, fencing and entrance gates at Land Off Church Street, Coton in the Elms, Swadlincote DE12 8LW

Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH.

Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)

This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
