The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent
1. Alterations (including demolition) to the existing library and gallery building to accommodate a new museum and (the retained) gallery (with wider public realm works) at Piazza Centre, Princess Alexandra Walk, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/90847.

2. New stair, layout changes, vaulted ceiling, pointing, installation of new window, painting of door and other alterations at 8, Barnside Lane, Hepworth, Holmfirth. Application No. 2026/91250.

3. Removal and replacement of cladding and glazing for turret room on Emley Moor Mast at Arqiva Emley Moor Mast, Jagger Lane, Emley Moor, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/91292.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

5. Installation of replacement garage door and frame at 3, High Street, Honley, Holmfirth. Application No. 2026/91288.

6. Replace the existing external door at 126, Trinity Street, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/91126.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

7. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for erection of porch, rebuilding of rear extensions, installation of rooflight and raising of garden level at front of property including associated works at 2A, Upper Haughs, Old Lane, Golcar, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2026/91171 and 2026/91172.

The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
8. Variation of condition 2. 9. Conversion and extension of sixth floor plant room to form communal space, office and plant room area including re-cladding and new window openings, external alterations including new access door openings and replacement windows (in association with previously-approved change of use of floors 1-5 inclusive to 28 flats/studios and change of use of part of ground floor to provide associated facilities for the flats/studios, including refuse store, approved pursuant to application 2025/91221) at HSBC, 2, Cloth Hall Street, Huddersfield.
