TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2026/0288/CA: Alterations to roof and door of garage at 154 High Street, Marske
*R/2026/0326/CA: Replacement windows and door to front elevation at 14 Hilda Place, Saltburn
*R/2026/0350/CA: Replacement conservatory roof with flat roof/ceiling lantern; replacement first floor uPVC windows; shortening of rear dormer window and installation of roof light; replacement of uPVC dormer window at front and rear; rendering of rear gable brickwork and replacement of existing main roof tiles at Hinckley Lodge, Victoria Terrace, Saltburn
*R/2026/0369/CA: Proposed landscaping and perimeter fence at land to west of 6 Spain Hill, Marske
*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
