Proposed development at: Land at Lower Larks Farm, Larks Lane, Iron Acton, South Gloucestershire, BS37 9TX

Take notice that application is being made by: Lower Larks Energy Limited

For planning permission to: Amend the approved plans and documents of the planning permission P25/01983/ RVC for the “Variation of condition 12 (list of approved plans) and consequentially conditions 6 and 7 attached to planning permission P22/03743/F to amend the BESS layout to enable the development to produce a greater amount of renewable energy, accelerating the transition to net zero - Installation of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with ancillary infrastructure, security fence, access, landscaping and associated development”

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Strategic Planning, South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Place, PO Box 1954, Bristol, BS37 0DD

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
