Proposed development at: 56 Staple Hill Road, Staple Hill, Bristol, BS16 5BS

Take notice that application is being made by: Mr Greg Smith For planning permission to: Erection of first floor extension, change of use of the existing mixed-use building (sui generis) to residential dwellinghouses (Class C3), and associated works.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: bristol City Council City Hall, Bristol City Council, PO Box 3399, Bristol, BS1 9NE.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
