The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Right of Way, a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure.
These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours.
Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.
26/P/00485 Abbots Garden, Eastbury Lane, Compton - Conversion of garage to habitable accommodation with changes to fenestration.
26/P/00597 49 Stoke Fields, Guildford - Remove hedge and low wall to the front of property and rebuild small low wall (600mm) with a 3ft single fence panel on top between 49 and neighbouring property.
