Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

CHE/26/00331/VCON - Variation of conditions 2 (approved drawings), 6(Landscaping), 8 (Drainage details), 10 (CEMP), 11 (HMMP) of application

CHE/24/00394/FUL- Demolition of existing storage building to make way for new warehouse/production building (with ancillary office & back -up accommodation),including new HGV and car parking and service yard and landscaping at Land At Cemetery Lane, Staveley. Reason: Major Application

CHE/26/00266/FUL - Change of use from warehouse, offices and retail to individual units, comprising Use Class E (retail, coffee shop, gym, beauty) and B8 warehousing & retention of external alterations at 6-22 Lordsmill Street, S41 7RW. Reason: Setting of a listed building
