NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council’s web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

26/10460 16 SALISBURY STREET, FORDINGBRIDGE SP6 1AF - Variation of condition 3 of Planning Permission 23/10074 to amend hours of use of the cafe garden only to Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 9am - 4pm.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

26/10488 2 MARKET PLACE, RINGWOOD BH24 1AY - x1 no. illuminated fascia; x 2 no. illuminated projecting signs, non illuminated lettering and vinyl signs to front elevation (Application for Advertisement Consent)

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. This application is for Listed Building Consent.

26/10480 ROSE COTTAGE, HIGH STREET, DAMERHAM SP6 3EZ - Replacement fenestration and re-glazing of windows; rooflights to house; repairs and alterations to outbuilding, including replacement roof finishes and solar panels; internal modifications (Application for Listed Building Consent)

26/10511 2 HIGH STREET, FORDINGBRIDGE SP6 1AX - Internally illuminated defibrillator and bleed kit cabinets to front and side elevation (Application for Listed Building Consent)

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
