The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (North West) (No.21) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of highway connecting Stonedale Crescent and Stonebridge Lane, 4 lengths of unnamed footpath, an irregular shaped northern part width of Invergarry Road, 4 southern part widths and 1 eastern part width of Stonedale Crescent at Liverpool, in the City of Liverpool.
This is to enable development as permitted by Liverpool City Council, under references 23F/3271 and 23F/3272.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/ NW/S247/5995). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Croxteth Library, Altcross Road, Liverpool, L11 0BS.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 5 June 2026.
