The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No.10) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of length of Tees Grove including its turning head, an irregular shaped area of highway verge to the south of Foyle Road and an irregular shaped area of Tees Grove at King’s Norton in the City of Birmingham.
This is to enable development as permitted by Birmingham City Council under reference, 2021/02131/PA.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/ S247/5724).
They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Kings Norton Library, 278 Pershore Rd South, King’s Norton, Birmingham, B30 3EU.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 5 June 2026.
