LAND at Seaside Recreation Ground, Whitley Road, Eastbourne
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with Sections 123(1) and 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended), Eastbourne Borough Council intend to dispose of part of the land at Seaside Recreation Ground, Whitley Road, Eastbourne, comprising of a facilities block and a pavilion used as a café. The Council intend to: (i) grant a new lease of the pavilion following the proposed surrender of the existing lease of those premises; (ii) grant a tenancy at will of the facilities block; and (iii) grant a new lease of the facilities block following termination of the tenancy at will.
A plan identifying the location of the land referred to above is available for inspection upon written request using the contact details supplied below.
