1. Proposed replacement of external doors. Sedlescombe Oast, Chapel Hill,

2. Affects setting of a Listed Building. Replacement of old wooden five bar gate (removed) with new wooden 2.8m wide driveway gates. The Old Rectory, Church Road, Catsfield. RR/2026/0431/HOU
3. Robertsbridge Conservation Area. Hybrid planning application comprising: (1) Full planning permission and Listed Building Consent for works including the demolition of the Grade II listed Oast House and the construction of a new building on its site incorporating retained or reused historic fabric to provide residential dwellings; together with the conversion of the existing mill building (a non designated heritage asset) to provide residential dwellings, with the ground floor accommodating either community, commercial, or retail floorspace; and the formation of the primary vehicular and pedestrian access, associated highway works, floodplain compensation, and enabling infrastructure; and (2) Outline
planning permission (with all matters reserved except access) for residential

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 2 and 3 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1, 2 and 3 above.

The proposed development in respect of 3 above does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

The proposed development in respect of 3 above affects a public right of way.
