=​ Proposal: Proposed Subdivision of Unit C1 to create two Units for the Display and Sale of Class A1 Comparison Goods. Associated Elevation Changes.

=​ Location: Unit C1, Sprucefield Shopping Centre,

Hillsborough Road, Lisburn, BT27 5UJ.



A public consultation event will take place on Tuesday 16th June 2026 from 3pm to 7pm at Unit C1, Sprucefield Shopping Centre, Hillsborough Road, Lisburn, BT27 5UJ.

The public consultation website will be available for a minimum of 28 days and will go live on Friday 5th June 2026 and the online feedback facility within the project website will close at 5pm on Friday 10th July 2026.
