Nottinghamshire County Council has received a planning application from Nottinghamshire County Council Children and Families. The proposed development affects a listed building or its setting, and does not accord with the Development Plan in force in the area.
Proposed Development: Planning Application comprising three phases;
Phase 1 - Installation of a modular building at Adbolton Lane Playing fields for use as temporary classrooms and the construction of a staff car park, playground and new perimeter security fencing.
Phase 2 - Removal of the temporary mobile classroom at Lady Bay Primary School and construction of a new two storey teaching block, comprising of four classrooms and erection of an external (temporary) canopy to main school building.
Phase 3 - Conversion of the temporary modular classroom on the Adbolton Playing Fields to permanent changing facilities.
