The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25L/2542 - 92 Oakhouse Park (9) Applicant Matthew Bufton. To install 1no. internal door following the removal of an existing door.
26DIS/1533- Edge Hill Railway Station (7) Applicant Vincent Omidina. To discharge condition 3 (lime mortar) attached to planning reference 26L/0846.
25H/2076 - 88A Allerton Road (25) Applicant Mr Adam Burgess-Evans. To retain installation of black timber gate and to install black metal railings.
26F/1489 - 6 Elmsley Road (18) Applicant Mr Mark Robinson. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
