Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from EIA Team, Waste and Environmental Services, Universal Services, Hampshire County Council, EII Court, The Castle, Winchester SO23 8UD at a charge of £900. The documents can also be downloaded from Development Management website at the address given above.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online via the link above by clicking on “comment on this application” or by post to Development Management, Universal Services, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 17 July 2026.
