Notice of intended disposal of Open Space Land
Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire Dales District Council proposes in accordance with s.123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended), to dispose of 2.37 acres or thereabouts of land at Starkholmes Recreation Ground at Starkholmes Road, Matlock to Matlock Town Council by way of a community asset transfer.
Full details of this proposal together with the plan are available for inspection at the address below.
