I GIVE NOTICE that GLP UK Ltd are applying to Harborough District Council for Hybrid Planning Application comprising:
Outline application for phased development of the site for storage or distribution (Use Class B8) with ancillary offices and other ancillary buildings and structures; extension to country park; potential Travelling Showpeople Plots (Sui Generis); potential visitor centre and cafe; potential police facility; supporting infrastructure including energy centre, drainage, landscaping, parking, servicing and other associated works (all matters reserved except for access).
Detailed full planning application for demolition of existing structures, site-wide infrastructure including earthworks, drainage, access and highway works (including realignment of Mere Lane and provision of estate roads/spine road), and other associated works.
The application is accompanied by an environmental statement and the proposed development: affects setting of a Listed Building, affects setting of a conservation area, affects a public footpath, is a departure from the development plan, and is a major development.
