What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL
has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development. Details are available at the Council Offices, Oxted or at www.tandridge.gov.uk/planning Information about viewing/ commenting on applications is available via our automated telephone service (0300 100 0041) or by visiting the website. Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25

2026/36 & 2026/618 (Listed building consent) - The Garth, Newchapel Road, Lingfield. Erection of single garage and raising the height of existing wall from 1.91m to 2.6m.

2026/340 - Development Site West of Farm Cottage, Lingfield Common Road. Outline planning permission for the erection of 19 dwellings including parking & associated works, with access, layout, scale & appearance to be considered, & landscaping reserved.

2026/335 - Copthorne Stud, Effingham Road, Copthorne. Erection of outbuilding for dog exercise (Outline application for Access, Appearance, Layout & Scale).

2026/518 - Rook Farm, Rook Lane, Chaldon. Variation of Condition 2 (Drawings) of planning permission ref: 2025/73 (Proposed internal & external works to listed building including rear/side extension, remodelling existing annex, removal and resiting of modern stable building and internal alterations to existing house.(Listed Building Consent), high level gable windows have been reduced in size.

2026/520 - Rook Farm, Rook Lane, Chaldon. 2026/491 - Land at Blue Anchor Farm Cottages, Eastbourne Road, Blindley Heath. Outline planning application for up to 74 dwellings (including affordable homes) and 2,900sqm of commercial floorspace with all matters reserved apart from access from Eastbourne Road.

2026/554 - Pucks Cottage, Godstone Green, Godstone. Demolition of existing shed. Erection of detached garden room 

2026/561 - 25 Coldstream Road, Caterham. Replacement of Polycarbonate Roof with lightweight slate roof tiles.

2026/343 & 2026/466 (Listed building consent) - Development Site West of Horseshoe Cottage, Plaistow Street, Lingfield. The proposal comprises alterations and extension to the existing building, including raising the roof height and replacing the internal mezzanine slab to create a usable first floor level, together with the insertion of a rooflight.

2026/590 - 23 Stanhopes, Limpsfield, Oxted. Proposed first floor side single storey front & rear extensions and alterations.

2026/557 - Development Site, South West of Rowlands Cottage, Newchapel Road, Lingfield. Erection of 5 x dwellings and associated access, parking & landscaping.
