PRE-APPLICATION COMMUNITY CONSULTATION
Development proposal comprises of:
Proposed major development comprising a new GAA training grounds including a two-storey clubhouse with associated sporting and community facilities, three floodlit playing pitches, spectator accommodation, parking provision, pedestrian walkways, recreational trails, landscaping, drainage infrastructure and associated site works.

The consultation period will formally conclude on Friday 26th June 2026 to allow the project team to review the feedback received and incorporate this into the planning application.
Please be advised that this notice does not relate to a submitted planning application, therefore comments should not be made to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council at this time. Any comments made to the applicant are not representations to the planning authority. When the planning application is subsequently submitted to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (after the Pre-Application Consultation phase), normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and the public will have the opportunity to make formal representations to the Council regarding the proposal.
