Intended disposal of open space land at Whyteleafe Recreation Ground and Queen’s Park, Caterham

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tandridge District Council intends to grant a lease of land forming part of an open space and described in the Schedule below to Wealden Leisure Ltd.

A plan showing the demise may be viewed on the Council’s website or a copy of the plan may be requested by contacting legalhelpdesk@tandridge.gov.uk

Any representations or objections on the intended disposal must be made in writing for the attention of Charlotte Taylor, Council Offices, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT or by email: legalhelpdesk@tandridge.gov.uk quoting reference CT/LEGAL/9461 to be received no later than 5pm on 18th June 2026.

SCHEDULE: tennis courts at Whyteleafe Recreation Grounds and Queen’s Park, Caterham shown edged red on the plans.
