THE BOROUGH OF TEWKESBURY (PUBLIC FOOTPATH EL04 and EL05 Drymeadow Lane Innsworth) SECTION 257 DIVERSION ORDER 2025

On the 17th October 2024 the Council for the Borough of Tewkesbury confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath (Divert ELO4 and ELO5 Drymeadow Lane, Innsworth) running from points D to G (EL04) and points A to I (EL05) on the Order map and create an alternative footpath from points D to H (EL04) and points E to D (EL05) as shown on the Order map.

A copy of the confirmed Order and map (reference: 23/00609/FTP ) can be viewed online, at the Council’s website at: https://publicaccess.tewkesbury.gov.uk or in person, at Tewkesbury Borough Council, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury GL20 5TT from 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. Please book an appointment before visiting the Council offices by email at Development.Applications@tewkesbury.gov.uk . Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a cost of £1.00.

This order comes into force on the date on which the Council for the Borough of Tewkesbury certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which the notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
