Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications within a conservation area or affecting a listed building:
220 Moulsham Street Chelmsford Prior Approval for change of use to form 41 apartments.

Shire Hall Tindal Square Chelmsford Change of use of former Law Courts to Mixed Use of Class E (g)(1) Offices, Class E (b) Cafe/Restaurant, Sui Generis (Film and Television productions in Law Court space), Class F1(e) Exhibition Hall, Class F1(e) Gallery space, Sui Generis Multi Use space, all with ancillary Kitchens, Bin Stores & Storage area. 2no. new entrance doors; glazed internal lobby; steps to rear; service door to eastern flank. Minor demolition of internal walls.
