TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.10) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up off the whole of unnamed highway as lies between no.32 and no.34 Rodfords Mead at Bristol, in the City of Bristol. This is to enable development as permitted by Bristol City Council under reference 25/12434/F.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO8116592).

They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Loxton Square Post Office, Loxton Square, Bristol, BS14 9SG.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 4 June 2026.
