NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (EIA) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED).
Notice of Further Information to Accompany the HS2 Phase One (London – West Midlands) Environmental Statement and a Schedule 17 Plans and Specifications Submission application reference PL/26/03792/HS2 submitted on the 07.05.26. The Plans and Specifications application relates to HS2 proposals for earthworks and structures impacting the site that extends from the Land From The South East Of Quainton To The North Of Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire. The Supplementary Environmental Information concerns the changes to Fidlers Field Road and Station Road closures as a result of HS2 Works.
This further environmental information, along with the original HS2 Phase 1 Environmental Statement, is available to be inspected by members of the public via an appointment at the County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UU up until the 3 July 2026. To arrange an appointment, please call 01494 732004. Alternatively, members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the further information and other documents submitted with it online at https://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/ planning-and-building-control, and select ‘view and comment on a planning application’, ‘Aylesbury Vale – after 8 August 2025’, then enter the planning reference PL/26/03792/ HS2.
