The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/26/100539/MAJOR Land South of Rectory Lane Off Moss Green Close and Wood Green Close Rectory Lane Standish Erection of 136 dwellings with associated access, parking, landscaping, boundary treatments and infrastructure.
A/26/100800/MAJOR Orrell Lamberhead Green Academy Kershaw Street Orrell Wigan. To continue the use and siting of a metal storage container (Retrospective consent).
A/26/100840/FULL Nationwide 32 - 34 Market Place Wigan WN1 1NR. Installation of internally LED lit defibrillator and bleed kit cabinets to front elevation. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area:
Wigan Town Centre.
