NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Application Number: SCC/26/0047/FULL-MAJ

Severn Trent Water Limited – application for Site extension to accommodate the installation of an above-ground wastewater storage tank at Bridgnorth Road Sewage Pumping Station, Stourbridge, Staffordshire, DY7 6LU.

The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated as land lies within the Green Belt.

The proposed development could affect the setting of a Conservation Area (Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal).
