NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Notice is hereby given that Sutton and East Surrey Water (SESW) has submitted a planning application (Permission in Principle) to Reigate & Banstead Borough Council for the demolition of 14 existing garages and redevelopment to provide 2 dwellings, with associated parking and amenity space.
The proposed development is located at the Frenches Garage Block, Frenches Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 2HF.
SESW has taken reasonable steps to identify and notify all occupiers of the existing garages and adjoining land. However, not all individuals could be contacted, accordingly, this notice is being published in a local newspaper as a form of notification.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding the proposed development may do so in writing to Reigate & Banstead Borough Council within 21 days of the date of this notice, quoting the site address.
